What sup? I'm new here but i've been reading alot from the site. I just bought some Dick Cepek Fun Country II tires 305/55/20. I got a 2.5" leveling kit installed, tires are rubbing slightly on the inside when turning all the way. There is a good tire fitment guide chart and a wheel shart on the Dick Cepek site, but evidently it needs some work. They are the best looking tire around, a good AT/MT radial Hybrid. will post pictures soon? I rally don't want to spend more on new wheels to get the offset I need?

oh yea mine is a 06 1500 SLT quad cab 4x4 with 20"s

on the new tires.

Freeze should be able to help you with the spacing for the rubbing problem. He's smart guy on 4x4's.

Post some pic's when you can.

Robert06RAM1500,
Check the Georgia chapter post.
We are having a get together Saturday, it may be a little to far for you, but if you can, make a run over to Buford @ the Golden Corral.

Ok Well, I went to a local place in town here called Trucks & More. they ordered me 1/4" spacer to give me a bit more offset. Casue right now the tires rub on the upper spring housing thing when I turn all the way. Hopefully that will work. If Not I may have to buy some new wheels. That would be cool, but can't afford it right now.my Gas Mileage went from 15 / 16 around town to 13 / 14. Kinda sucks, with gas being so darn expensive. here are some pics of the new tires This message has been edited. I like them tires ...looks great

Sharp A$$ truck you got.

when i added mine 305/55/20 my gas mileage dropped from 17 hwy to 16, & 14 city to 13 about 1 MPG.
I'm going to change my diff fluid to RP, add new wires and plugs plus clean the TB. I think with all that, i can get the 1 mph back.

Those tires are alot heavier then the stock ones. i like the ride alot better know. plus when you go off road, you won't get stuck. so it's a trade off to me.

They make your truck look damn nice .... This message has been edited. Last edited by: tug, document.write(''+ myTimeZone('Fri, 18 Jan 2008 14:31:35 GMT-0800', '18 January 2008 05:31 PM')+''); 18 January 2008 05:31 PM
