Broken stock wheel lock

Broke OEM wheel lock on 04 ram---how do I remove this thing without tearing it up

You need this:
Lock Technology 5 Piece Locking Lugnut Twist Socket Removal Kit - Tools - Ratchets & Sockets - Sockets & Socket Sets

or an air hammer & chisel, or beat an old socket on wheel lock with a hammer and remove with an impact.

Not knowing which lock type it is makes it tough. I think I would look for a Discount Tire Store.

Normally you can take a socket and hammer it over the lock and remove it that way.

Hammer a socket over it and twist it off. Do the same with the other three. That's what I had to do with mine. Don't like the [email protected] things anyway.
