Bleeding brakes

Hi all, I’m gonna bleed the brakes on my 2004 Ram with the pressure bleeder at work, now most of the vehicles we use this on the pressure is between 1.5 to 2.0 bar of pressure starting at the closest point to the abs pump and working each corner
Is there a pressure for the Dodge and do I start from the rear and work to the front or work from front to back also some vehicles have to have the abs pump activated whilst doing this is there anything I need to know or do?
