Ok so my original plans were to get some 295/70r17's for my truck after getting a leveling kit put on but I was wondering if I could go to the bigger size without to many clearance issues... This is my daily driver and I do take it on trails when hunting or fishing... any suggestions?

You should be able to run the bigger size with the lvling kit on. Dodge is great when is comes to fitting tires under them and a 4x4 with lvling kit should get into a 35" tire with no problems. I suggest taking it to a good tire shop and asking them about test fitting tires as I worked for Kal-tire for a number of years and they test fit tires at no cost to the customer. Kal-tire is canadian but Les Swab (i think) would be a US equivelent that should do the same.
