Torque specs for Bistein 5125's

What is the proper torque specs for 5125 Bilstein shocks with sleeves?

Torque specs for Bistein 5125's

Here is a another thread about that. I couldn't figure out how to torque the fronts when you can't put a socket on them since have to hold the top with pliers or they spin?
