sway bar question...

Hey guys, a buddy of mine has an '03 quad cab SLT that he may be selling soon. He's offered me a good deal on the Hellwig sway bar he has on it, but i can't find any info on whether one for an 03 will work on my 07... Can anyone help Me? I really want a sway bar but want to make sure it would fit... Thanks, guys!

front or rear? Don't see why not unless something to do with 2WD and 4WD configurations.

Its a rear sway bar. The one MrHemi shows an installation for on the main page. Just need to know if its year-specific. Both our trucks are 2wd.
