Steering issue

I noticed the other day my steering wheel felt like I had more play than before. On the highway I felt like the steering wasn't tight. I looked at the rack a pinion and found steering fluid leaking from one of the boots. Is there a repair that can be made? Or is replacing the whole thing the way to go?

There was originally two numbers for rwd. One with 20" wheels and one without. Rock auto combines them together. The have rebuilt and new manufactured ones for twice the money.
