My 2011 1500 Big Horn quad cab comes with coil instead of leaf springs.

Does any one know of a company providing kits to replace the coils with leaf springs or a way to stiffen up the coils when carring a load short of air shocks>

You might try Timbren Aeon Springs not as a replacement spring but as way of passively increase load carrying capability. These are often used on the front of trucks when snow plows have been added. I use them on the rear rear of my lowered truck to control travel and towing. There are many sizes and styles for different applications. Good luck.

Check out

TotalLoadControl.com

They have 9" air springs specially for 09-12 RAM 1500 and don't interfere with nice factory ride.
