hellwig

So are the hellwig sway bars the only option for performance sway bars for 3rd gen rams?

BelTec makes 'em. Harder to install apparently. I love my Hellwig. Probably the best performance mod I've done.

Stock device on the front. Hellwig RSB only. I've considered taking out the FSB and replacing it with a larger one. Folks who have done that say it makes the front end more prone to slide. Don't want that. Autocrossing a 5,800# truck, hunh? I have lotsa fun in the twisties. Turns with "advisory" signs of 35 are way fun at 70.

Rear Wellwig bar with stock front here. I should have made this my first mod 10 years ago, not the last. That and rear airbags make my truck fun to drive again.

I used the belltech 5555 rear sway bar. It turns forward so it cleared my 3 1/2 inch exhaust. I had to add custom end links because it was for a 4x2 and my truck was 4x4 .The ones that came with it where to short. The truck handled great with the sway bar.

I've thought about getting one once I finish my suspension. Guess I should start with putting my front one back on lol. Haven't noticed a damn thing with launching the truck at the track to justify how it handles like sh!t w/o them trying to make some mean turns. Off note but do you know a guy with an orange quad cab think its 2010? Only reason I ask I cause I saw his vid he posted on dodgetalk a couple weeks ago doing autocross. Think he was from GA. Wanna say his name was GAoutlaw?

Had the Hellwig now for a couple months and like it! I chose it over the Belltech Option. It comes with a Nice Hammererd Powdercoat finish. The Instructions where Out to Lunch Though! Danny
