I was just wondering if anyone has any good or bad things to say about this kit?

From what i've heard its good, i have a McGaughy's 2/4" drop and its an excellent kit, one of my favourite mods.

Groundforce is overpriced IMHO

Check out Belltech or McGauhy's prices. Both excellent products.

I had a Western Chassis Drop kit on my F word. Only complaint i had was the bushings were very squeaky. But very easy to install in a driveway.

I don't see a 2/4 drop kit for a 4x4 quadcab on the McGaughys website. Is their kit for 2WD useable?? I see a Groundforce 2/4 drop kit specifying a 4x4 kit but it is like 750 bucks on ebay

You need to talk to someone who has a 4x4 and actually done this, but I have seen several 4x4 guys use the 2x drop spindle and the rear flip kit on both 4x4 and 2x is also the same. The springs in either case are reused so there should be no problem with different spring rates. Good luck.

Edit: I knew Trup did his 4x4 a couple of years ago and here is a thread showing what was done.

the 4wd's require the spindles in the front. the cheap 2wd kits use front springs, the more expensive ones use the spindles. the rear flips are all the same.
