Well I finally got my Bilsteins on last night, the rear end was easy, but I discovered some new "Anger" words for the front 2 shocks, but with the help of my neighbor, got em on.
Went with the BE5-6927HO for the front, and
BE5-2550HI for the rear, took em out last night for a test ride, oh man they are so much better than stock, just wish they didnt come in blue and yellow, oh well. Got em for eshocks.com (thanks MR.H for the link) 279.00 for all 4.

Here's where I'm running into a stumbling block. All of Bilsteins distributors don't go up to the 2005 model. I even called Central 4WD there biggest west coast dist. and they said that Bilstein was going through some kind of re-organization and the information wasn't available for 05. Is it that big of a difference on an 05? I'm going to do a TB lift of 2.5 to 3" . I only have 10,000 miles on her and I hate the way the front end is lower. No lift kit though.

There is no mechanical difference between the '02 - '05 1/2 ton 4WD suspensions (or '03+ for us HEMI owners). The same shocks will work on those model years. The '06 1500 4WD has coilovers up front, however. You really don't want to use your torsion bars for adjusting your front end past 2-2.5" as it will put too much stress on the associated components. Anything more than that and you will need to install a true suspension lift.

Freeze, Thank you so much Brother for the information. I will keep it at 2.5" tops. That still will look better that what she looks like now.

Just a little FYI , Bilstein has changed the part # for the sleeves for the 5100/5125 to E4-B46-60R1

Hey, Freeze. I'm finally getting around to looking at these again, and I noticed that it seems the front part number is specifically for those with a 1.5-2.5" tb lift. What if I leave my t-bars at stock height? Will I need a different part, or will these still work without bottoming out?

You're not really increasing suspension travel by cranking the torsion bars (more of a preload/standover height), and since the Bilsteins are very similar in length to the OE shocks, you should be fine.
