The new guy/ 06 mega cab questions

has anyone had real data on switching gears in their mega cabs , I need some help with the towing aspect but not sure about empty travel with mpg. i have 3.73 and the trailer weight 6700lbs and was thinking of changing them to 4.56 to help motivate the truck. any comment would be appreciated .Thanks

I am sure you are not the only mega-cab owner, so someone will soon be able to answer your questions. HEMI POWER RULES!

4.56 gears will deff help move a load easier and maintain speed with it series that’s for sure. Your down side will be slightly lower empty cruise mpg due to higher rpm at speeds

The Mega-cab I believe is sitting on a 3/4 ton gas frame. Meaning it has a 10-1/2" axle...
4:56 should work great.

To HTC!

That does seem like a little low MPG. Unless you're like me, and driving it like you stole it most of the time.
