Should I buy?

Hey all been a long time since I've been here but might buy another, I had an 04 Quadcab and now looking to buy an 05 Quadcab, anything I should look for? Truck has 97,500 miles it's a 1500 4x4.

Make sure there's no signs of rust over the inside rear wheel fender. My 06' is rusting from there and I've seen a few with the same issue.

Good decision. Mine looked fine when I bought it. After a few weeks I found a small bump on the bottom edge and it's gotten way worse since then. I had it repaired once and I think a monkey could have done a better job. Rust came back. Now I'm either going to try to fix it myself in the future or just get another bed. Good luck on your search..

I didn't get a chance to look tonight, but the guy told me there is a couple of tiny bubbles on the rear fenders so who knows. I may go tomorrow after work.

I'm in Western PA so I'm thinking it's gonna be pretty hard to find one of this era that's not gonna have some rust on the bed and rear bumper in my area, lots of salt in the winter around here.

Did you check out the one ('05 QC) with many custom features in the 'For Sale' section here on HTC? It was advertised a couple of weeks ago. It may be more than you want but it is a true cherry! It is in Garland, Texas, they are the original owners and very nice people - they have been HTC members for a long time .
