Ram 1500 FI Questions

Gents,

How's it going. I have done a good amount of reading looking for some decent supercharger kits for my 2004 Ram 1500 5.7. Doesn't look like there are many options.

I just completed building my weekend/track street monster and now looking to show the Ram some love. I have owned truck for a little under 2 years. I just want to make it a little sportier. I currently only have CAI and Diablo Tuner that the previous owner had installed.

If you guys could point me in the right direction on some threads or articles to refine my researching instead of hours of searching, it would be greatly appreciated.

Mike

Welcome to HTC!

I have a 2005 with a super charger on it and what fun. Pro charger makes a nice kit for the Rams since the paxton kit I have is no longer made. You will need tuning running a blower. There is turbo kits out there but to complicated IMO. Chargers are set tune forget no relying on pumps and what not. I also am a CMR tuner if you get a charger or boost or NOS for that matter and need tuning

I know complicated ;-). I will def hit you up. I just want something more fun. Im thinking of dropping the truck a little give it better handling, bigger brakes/SRT Rims if they fit, and a charger and call it a day.

If you want to know complicated this monster is complicated....10PTS guess what car it goes in. My name gives it away a lil.

Also, trying to make this picture of my Truck my profile pic but no worky.

Those are not fun cars to work on at all. 3000gt you can keep it. I am a
Master tech and dred those and the old 300z's lol. They are quick. Boosted Rams take a little taming thru tunning is all I can say until you see for
Yourself. When you want to have ram fun let me
Know have a lot of info on the boosted side of things.
