So I've done enough research to know my truck is not a real Rumble Bee - this 2011 came dressed this way from the dealer and there is at least one other similar 4-door, red, Ram running around town with the bed stripes.

Curious as to everyone's feelings about this? Was thinking of removing the bee and putting some other icon there but I also have the RB logo on the front headrests -- and have to admit I kinda like it.

if you like it and are happy with it that is all that really matters.
Real bee's were only make in 04 and 05 in black or yellow. They all had a serial number on the dash. Lots of dealers and owners make close and tried to pass them off as the real thing.

And all of them were regular cabs and had ground effects fascias. But if you like it that's fine. Nice looking truck.

I'd take it off, the first thing people are going to think is why does that truck have a rumble bee stripe and not that it's a nice 2011 ram, but it's your truck to do whatever you want to.

I worried about just that AlbertaHemi - and I'm not trying to masquerade as a RB --- but until I bought this one and did some research - I didn't know the real bees were only built in 04-05 - I thought it was just a traditional sport/performance level trim that Ram uses. I'm sure real bee owners will know the difference but not sure "everyone" will wonder why it has a bee stripe. And if I take the bee off I'd have to sell the front headrests which also have the RB logo embroidered on them.
