Stock minor bolt-ons(headers, intake, exhaust) I say Superchips. If you ever start doing bigger performance mods then custom tuning either Diablo or SCT both are really dependent on the person tuning and not the actual device. Now I would personally go with Diablo since it has a lot more features than my SCT.

Speed governed to 105mph.

What mods do you have planned for your Hemi?

Not sure he's speed limited I have idle control on 2004 in tuning will have to wait for Neil to go faster than 105 to confirm it

In that case I would do superchips and call it a day.

My Diablo trinity allows you to adjust the speed limiter up to 199mph. But I agree superchips is the way to go, unless your planning on doing serious mods to it, then I would Diablo Sport

I use a SuperChips Cortex tuner and I adjusted my speed limiter up to 130 MPH, to be just under the max. tire speed rating for my tires.
