2008 Hemi Randomly Stalls*HELP*

Iv'e been having a problem for a couple years now and need to correct it. 2008 1500 SLT. It will randomly stall when I come to stop or back out of the driveway. Basically, low RPM operation. It always starts back up. It doesn't happen all the time. It doesn't happen in the summer very often unless the system is under heavy load (AC running, etc). It happens A LOT in the colder weather. Also, it has never thrown a code. I have taken it into the dealer for them to troubleshoot. They couldn't find anything wrong, so they reprogramed the Throttle Body (since I told them I usually take it off to clean it every other oil change).

2 Years. I replaced it because when I slow down some times I get a flicker in my headlights and thought it might be time to replace it....I still get the dimming headlights.

Our trucks do very weird things if the battery is not A #1 in shape. If your lights still dim may be time to check charging system.

Thank you. I will look into the charging system for sure, but I don't think that it has anything to do with the stalling. It almost seems like an airflow or fuel flow issue. I am just confused why it only happens in the cold.

My 04 did occasional crazy stuttering/stalling and gauge things until I put a good strong battery in and it cleared right up. Not saying that your symptoms couldn't be an air/fuel thing.

No set amount of time. In Sept I remember it happened after I got off of the highway and hit a drive-thru. I never shut the truck off and pulled up to check traffic before making a right turn and boom, it stalled. It was 70 degrees F that day and I had been driving for over an hour. In the cold it will stall at a traffic light and then not at the next. I can usually feel it about to happen and slip it into neutral and it won't stall. Again, it never throws a code and always starts back up.
