Having to haul a mobility scooter with my Chrysler 300 (2017). Having a hitch and air shocks installed. Was planning on a "lift" for the scooter but, I am finding that the backup camera will be blocked. Alternate is to get a small trailer. This would work since it would not be needed all the time. However, it would be pain in the ***. I see on the web that camera relocation kits are available. Do any of you have any experience with this situation?
I was always taught to respect my elders but, it keeps getting harder to find any.
This is what we put in all of our work vans. The Camera even detaches from the bar for different mounting locations. Both the camera and screen get powered via the back-up light circuit. So whenever you put it in reverse the camera comes on. And the screen is integrated into the mirror. So you just remove your mirror an install this one. you can keep your OEM unit and add this one. Just an idea.
