When mine wants to go outside which is mostly to check the yard for squirrels. She will shake her head so her ears make noise (rattle). I'm trained to respond to this and go down my mental list of what she did last so I know what's next. If I'm in bed and don't respond she'll next put a shoulder to the bed and try to move it. She can't actually move it but it gets a little bumpy. And if I still don't respond of course by now I'm just playing with her, she'll climb on top of me and lay across my chest so I can't breath. Very persistent mutt. If I'm busy doing something she either bump me or sit very pretty and stare at me :smitten: And of course finally the bark. That means she's really serious and I should stop playing around. It's all about training, I'm doing better. But as they say there is room for improvement.
My old dog will just look at you tail going 300mph spinning in circles means potty. The big dumb puppy sits in front out you head tilted like he's stupid or he goes totally bonkers near the window.
Yep. Blaze just today was going Off the rails an neighbors dog all I did was say "blaze aaahhhttt" he sat right down and just looked at the dog barked no more and came over when I said "blaze here" training works just gotta be persistent.
Lucy has become a little mellow, but still needs a lot of work. She's still intolerant of other animals. She must have been in a tough situation early in her life.
My little guy paws at me when he wants out, I'll ask if he wants pee or just sit on the deck,he'll wag his tail stump to pee, if he just wants to sit on the deck he sits down and hits me with those puppy eyes
