Is it safe to drive with this code fault? I have read that this code means LOST COMMUNICATION WITH FINAL DRIVE CONTROL MODULE. My traction control is also not working and it now runs rear wheel drive now, no longer awd anyone have advice on what to do?

You might try reseting the code with a scanner or a tuner if you have one. If you don't have access to those try disconnecting the battery negative for about 30 minutes then reconnect it and see if the code comes back.

I agree with Dave, I know nothing about AWD, but before mechanically disablying the axle I would have it diagnosed to see what failed. Maybe nothing more than a electrical connection/sensor. When you drive them hard they need lots of maintenance, differentials and transmissions being the main issues with our trucks.

just a wild guess but try to rest it first. it set a code because either the front or the rear axle was spinning faster than the other all wheel drive needs to be together or the computer has a fit.

Ill try those after I replace the starter, the beast won't start now, just paid almost 300 for a new starter. Hopefully I can get mine towed by a friend today.

I would make the service manual my friend and read up on your specific model. You will more than likely fine that there is a starter relay and other electrical components that could cause the starter problem. Part of my trucks security is installing a switch controlling the starter relay. As for the UO114 code, figure out what sensor actually throws the code and trouble shoot from there.
