I have never read so much bull$hit in my whole life! One thing did make me think though. If I'm winning, I'll back off enough to just win by a car length or so. To me, winning, is winning. Never thought about someone saying, " he only beat me by a car length". So, from here on, no mercy!

The 4.7 is anemic in both power and mpg compared to the Hemi, even a stock Hemi vs a modded 4.7. The engine is way underpowered trying to move a 5K lb beast. Now you the 4.7 in the Dakota is a kickass little truck, imagine what that would be like with Hemi in it.... Most of those guys on that forum have never came up against a Hemi and ran a true race against them....
I lined up against a 4.7 we both looked at each other gave the nod gripping the wheel tightly I hit it when the light changed!!! I got him off the line then he started to pull on me I was pushing the pedal so hard that I thought it was going to go through the floor board. He pulled next to me then keep pulling on me. How is this happening to me? a half a car length, one car length, then finally he beat me by two!!! I was demoralized how could this happen? Then it dawned on me I was in my wifes old Saturn four banger.
