Got to be kidding puled out a plug on the srt8 to get the correct #s (plztr5a) NGK laser platinum Oreilly auto parts 200 bucks

Am I looking something up wrong?????????
What is so special about these plugs.

Ouch... I use NGK 5306 in my old 03...

It's just a platinum plug vs the copper plugs. You can use the copper plugs they are cheaper. Will the perf be down won't really be able to tell I don't think. I would suggest running a platinum at least though of ot were mine. Only
Sad part is in 30k gotta do again lol or not

The NGK 5306 are platinums I think and they only cost me around $50 for 16 of them from the local carquest......

5306s are not platinum. It's often possible to get 'em for around a buck fifty, but usually $1.80 or so. I paid $27 and $29 for the last two sets. It's time for new ones in the C. I'll tackle that task when the blast furnace is turned down.

I wonder if the SRT needs different ones. The SRT-10 uses platinums, I think.

Is there any performance advantage using the SRT designated spark plug? Trying to understand why they would be recommended.....
