I have a low ceiling in my shop, so it makes putting a lift in pretty tough. What I've been thinking is to use something like a Quick Jack lift system along with telescoping wheel stands like Belgiumbastard built. This would allow lifting the truck with quick jack and then putting the wheel stands under the wheels and lifting it a little more with the quick jack removed. At this point I'm just looking for alternatives to a post lift. I also have a lead on a used post lift that I guess I could put a lift lock so has not to jam the truck into the overhead.
