I have been stretched every which way with work lately, working 7 days a week and at least a half a day on my day off and it is getting very tiring, but it is almost over!!! So excited about that.

But I have come across a show, Extreme Couponing... Some of the people are just nuts, but I figured if I could save some money why not try it. Well I started to do the couponing thing, but I don't hoard the stuff, just get the stuff I need. I have saved money and it is a surprise.

I actually only paid .23 for 6 items yesterday. I had a coupon for this broth stuff, something new that came out. It was a $2.00 off one, well HyVee had them marked in clearence for .50, so I got 4, then I found some Otega Taco Kits that were marked down to $1.00, and they had a $1.00 off coupon any Otega Taco Kit. So I used my coupon and the ones on the taco kit. All I paid was the tax. I was so excited!!

But I took this up to break up the stress and give me something to do at home. And I do apoligize for not being around here more, it is just I get home and turn the computer on and then just stare at it, since I am on my computer at work ALL day. I know this is pointless to some but just thought I would share.

We've been using a lot of couplond lately, but we only save about $10-$15 per trip. There's nothing wrong with using coupons to get free stuff, but there's also no good reason to have 49 tubes of toothpaste, 74 jugs of laundry detergent, and 125 sticks of deodorant. That show really pisses me off.

Hey, Lisa. Glad you're hanging in there. Feel free to have us over for tacos.....or you can make them for snacktime in chatroom Thursday.

Hey Lisa.
Keeping your head above water is hard work sometimes.

Good to see you took a minute of fresh air.
