Now that's just excessive. I would be fine with 8,000 hp, but 11,000 is just a little much

some perspective, that engine takes 600hp to operate at 8500RPMs...moves about 540 CFM [email protected] lift.

That engine would look better in your truck Nathan.

I'm just a street truck man.

Motortrend had a good article about top fuel back in 06, the rear wing produces 35k lbs of downforce at 330mph. The exhaust at full throttle can create 800-1000 lbs alone. From 1st start to end of a run, they can consume as much as 22galons of nitro. Engine typical only rotates 500-700 times before rebuild......that number is the one I always had a hard time believing, but when you think about it, it makes sense.

Yeah so we were stuck at 11000Hp and for a few years then we added a throttle body spacer...and WOOOOOOOOOOOOO WHOOOOOOOOOOOOO we cracked 12kHp, then I hit Y-tube and found out we could get another 20% HP if we added a Type R sticker to the Bug catcher.
