I have been having vibration and noise from my front wheel(s) that are not tire related. According to the terms of the lifetime warranty, everything related to driveline is covered, and I had the mandatory check within 5 years. My question is,is this warranty still valid since the bailout? Anyone have this type of warranty work done recently? Thanks.

It'll depend on the cause. "Power train" usually refers to internally-lubricated parts. I might guess wheel bearings or suspension bits. Probably not covered. Good luck.

And it does say "Limited" Powertrain Warranty. That usuallt means "covered" items of the engine, transmission, driveshaft and rear end.

It says it includes transfer case, driveshafts,cv joints, wheel bearings, etc. I'm going to give it a go. It does have to be due to defective parts,of course. That could get subjective.

Life time warranties. I had enough airpoints for a return trip to Australia, Government sold the national airline and the new owners made all deals up to that point null and void.
