You may find that using 87 is false economy. There is some evidence that continued use of 87 can cause engine damage way beyond saving a few bucks on gas.

I filled mine up last weekend, mixing 87 and 93 at Costco. $3.76/gal, 22 gallons. The last tank lasted 44 days. If that trend continues, I won't have to fill it again 'til the Plains trip.

I gotta be honest, I don't mind going to the pump as much as I did. A 3.5mpg bump is nice.

I notice your mpg average in your sig. What kind of driving is that average? Just city or a combination?

I'm curious to know what mpg anyone is getting with the newer Hemis.

It's about a 50/50 mix, city and 4 lane rural hwy. The truck only has 2200 miles on it, so I expect it to be even better once I put a few more miles on it.

I feel your pain Brad...mine for 91 was $197.30 the other day from empty thats with the moose 138 liter tank. The good thing is when I go to a job site in my area I'm mostly there all day so its not so bad. Not to mention I'm taking driving lessons from Rancher so I'm going slower now
