JAVA problems

Went to log into chatroom last night, the following message came up:
"Application Blocked by Security Settings: your security settings have blocked an untrusted application from running".

I have not changed anything. I did go in an reduce my setting just a smidge and still didn't help. Any suggestions? Missing chatroom just really isn't an option for me.

My firewall gave me an alert saying the security cirtificate wasn't signed. And I needed to say ok to proceed. Why don't we just get that thing signed and we won't have anymore issues.

Maybe!

Certificates can be pretty expensive. Y'all may want to try a different browser. IE often doesn't play well with Java.

I use Google Chrome and seldom have any issues, but it does ask me to verify I want to accept the program.

I don't use IE I use Chrome. And its really a pain that I can't get it on my tablet.

Its not the problem. My antivirus sends up a warning flag.

Well I can't get in now either. Tried to help Kima fix her issues and in the process I was told that my Java was out of date, and to upload a newer version. I did and now I can't get in either. Looks like unless something is done to fix the site problem with Java the Chat Rooms will be a thing of the past. And we were getting some pretty good groups in too.
Help Janet!!!!!!!
