Weather reports aren't looking favorable for the next few days!! This is a list of things to help you prepare. It's stuff we all know, have heard a thousand times and practice, but it won't hurt to hear it again.
The best way to stay safe during increment weather is to stay inside if you can!!

Prepare for extremely cold weather every winter—it’s always a possibility. You can avoid many dangerous winter travel problems by planning ahead.
Be Ready! Winter Weather
Take Action

•Avoid dangerous winter travel problems by planning ahead.
•Have maintenance service on your vehicle as recommended.
•Check the antifreeze level.
•Keep the gas tank near full to help avoid ice in the tank and fuel lines.

There are steps you can take in advance for greater wintertime safety in your car.
Have maintenance service on your vehicle as often as the manufacturer recommends. In addition, every fall, do the following:
•Have the radiator system serviced or check the antifreeze level yourself with an antifreeze tester. Add antifreeze as needed.
•Replace windshield-wiper fluid with a wintertime mixture.
•Replace any worn tires, make sure the tires have adequate tread, and check the air pressure in the tires.

During winter, keep the gas tank near full to help avoid ice in the tank and fuel lines.

•Windshield wiper fluid (wintertime mixture)
•Brake fluid
•Emergency flashers
•Tires (air pressure and wear)

If it's your birthday/anniversary/special occasion let us know and we will celebrate with you.

Welcome to new member VTgreenmtman from Vermont.

We are starting to talk about the 2019 Rally!!! This is a family friendly event open to all HTC members and their guests. See the post started to give your ideas and suggestions. The thread was started a couple of months ago. We are starting to get serious about place and dates so reservations can be made and folks can get their time off work. Let's have a great turn out this year!!

Chatroom has been an important part of HTC for several years. It has not worked since we moved to "the cloud" in May. This week the techs finally let us know that this is a HUGE problem without an easy fix. So...….that's all I have on that.

If you have a prayer request you would like to share either add it to this thread or PM me.
*HemiSuperbee - Mark - health concerns
*Rancher - Doug said to take him off the list but I think a quick prayer for his general health issues isn't a bad idea
*jwberry's dad - health issues, will be having heart surgery when stronger.
*Saber (Cherie) - health issues
*Doc's mother

Have a great week and stay safe!!
