Nice house Stan! Not sure if shutters would look good since you couldn't do that for the left 1st and 2nd floor bay windows... might look weird with just the right side having shutters. Have you thought about painting all the window frames with a third color? Perhaps the color of your railing?

i think it would look great with them.but i donk like them because there a pain in the butt. they get dusty and gather bees and you cant get the mud out from behind them.when you wash down the siding you always get mud streaks.you might consider maybe changing the color of just the windows nothing else and leave off shutters.change it to a darker brown, maybe some Landscaping in the front to break up the lines some.bushes flowers maybe a pond. other wise your house is beautiful.good luck

Some plantation shutters on the inside of the windows might look nice. Those work fine on bay windows.

Stan - I agree with Mark on this. The bay kills the idea of adding exterior shutters as well as the overhead service. As a designer, I would think you would want continuity. Right? It's a very nice home! I would leave it as is!

I like shutters. We have them on all the windows except the Bay and they look fine. A third color is also a good option. A garnet or Hunter green would both look good. IMHO

I'm not any good at this and couldn't get a garnet color.
