just got the call to pick my lights up tomorrow, so hopefully tomorrow evening or Sunday ill have em in...tomorrow for sure if its not raining. went with a 55watt h11 5000k kit and a 35 watt h10 5000k kit, not bothering with hi beams. also ordered the anti flicker thingy. 180 tax in...ordered through a local guy.

Do you not have safety inspection up there? In NC I have to take out the OEM Audi HID retrofits I have in my Jetta, because they don't have high beams on them. I have to put my stock lights in for inspection, and then swap them back out when it's done. It kinda sucks.

inspection only when the vehicle is purchased and being registered, no emissions tests..none of that stuff....ill still have the halogen hibeams. i have the quad lambs and my his are seperate

Cool, mine doesn't have the quad beams, or I might put HIDs in my lights.

if it makes you feel any better the hi beams on the quads is absolutely useless

They're worthless in the dual beams too. The only reason I'd want them is for inspection purposes so I could put HIDs in the low beams.

guy screwed up my order gave me someones 9006's and someone else my h11's ....no good to either of us...hopefully be taken care of tomorrow
