this is a print out of my ups package history...why in the world does it come to the Canadian border go through customs and then go back down through the states again?

Weird but I have had this happen to me also I sent a package 40mins south ground and it got there in next day on the return in went 2 hours north of me to Orlando then flew to Tennessee the back to Florida in Orlando where it left then to ft pierce then to me

And all they could say when I called and asked why was it has to go thru the main hub center before delivery (wtf) waist of time and money

I've had that happen, too. We're 150 miles or so west of Jacksonville. Packages go right past my house (literally - we're only a couple of miles from the interstate) to JAX, then back here.

And here I thought that computerized routing with GPS data was what they used to insure speedy delivery. Looks like they are making up the route as they go.
