I recently ordered a new 2012 2500 Hemi with the 730N Media Center. I have been using a 430N for a while now a really like it, hoping the 730 is even better!

I did test drive a 2500 with the 730N and I did notice that the Map screen has more resolution. I also noticed some sort of a live traffic soft button but did not get a chance to try it.

730N Questions:

1. Is it good at showing major forest roads? (My 430N shows about half of them)
2. Is the live traffic and weather very useful? (I live in the country and commute to the city most days)
3. Does it use the same digital map data as the 430N?
4. What else is different than the 430N?

Thanks for sharing your knowledge!

I am sure we'll be able to answer this question in a year or so.

Welcome DrDean, glad to have ya join us.
One thing I can tell you for sure is that some roads are not going to show up on any navigation system and others are even wrong. I've sent several notices in about roads being incorrect. I can understand new construction and changes in some things, but when roads haven't changed for 40 years how can they get them wrong.
The live traffic item is only if you pay for the service. I've never used it.

Thanks for the welcomes!

Also, thanks for the radio info link on the Jeep site. That was the best information that I have seen yet.
