My wife and I own two Miniature Schnauzers. One female and one male. "Our little girl" is stricken with lymphoma. Pepper will be 8 years old in a few weeks...If she make it. It's difficult to watch her deteriorate day by day. She is an absolute "Sweetheart" and really doesn't deserve to go like this. Which makes it all the more difficult, for myself, to accept her life's end so soon and with it being so sudden. I also find it difficult to 'apply myself' to my daily task, without having to think about her or to check-up on her. I do take comfort, knowing we gave her a great home with lots of love and the love she gave back was 10 fold. We will miss her when she goes.

Do yourself a favor and give your 'best bud or little girl' a treat, take em for a walk and give them a little hug from all of us.

Feel your pain. We lost to after 13 years each. Still find myself coming in and looking for the last one.

Always a sad thing to hear. Sorry for your pain and I truly hope Pepper is not hurting.
