My damn compressor died tonight. SOB I got the thing brand new less than 3 years ago. Paid over $300. I only use it at the house for simple things when I work on my trucks or peoples cars. 24 gallon PIECE OF CRAP. So I called my SnapOn dealer and bought a 60 gallon stationary single phase compressor. $1500, worth every penny though. Don't buy those cheap *** compressors from Lowe's made by Campbell Hausfeld.

Sorry for the rant, just had to relieve the stress.

You have built up pressure, and you needed a relief valve. Sometimes you just have to vent!

The new stuff is NOT made to last, its made to throw away. Sucks. I will post a pic of the broken one tomorrow. I gotta rearrange my dad's shelves in the garage to accommodate my new toy.
Chuck, I think this is the one I'm getting. Sounds right for what he described. Compressor
