Wow!!! First you've got a short somewhere..
Your gona have to clear up what happened to me though. hit the brake..put it in drive..horn stuck. What did hitting the break have to do with it, if anything?
I'm guessing you put it in drive, turned the steering wheel and the horn started. The sensors in the steering wheel that make the horn work went AWOL. I wouldn't touch it because of the air bag. Maybe someone else can give you some help... And that's just a guess since I don't know for sure what happened.

yeah i pulled into a gas station, put the truck in park. and put the tilt wheel up then it went off and didnt quit. pulled down the road and pulled the fuse and its still drawing power. called the dealer and they told me it had a short somewhere. when i bought this truck it had a remote start/alarm on it and i had the dealer take it out. I can see all the wires they spliced together.
