1.

2. with the lemon law... it's a 30 day period for you to turn your truck in because of mechanical problems. IF it extends OVER the 30 days and you still can't get it fixed, but have proof that it's been getting worked on within the time frame, they'll generally have to accept it back and give you a comparable vehicle. It does vary by state, so make sure before you create a scene about it..
