New to Hemi

Hey guys, I'm a die hard Chevy convert who today bought my first Dodge. It's an '04 Laramie 2WD gunmetal and silver quad cab, and I'm very excited about it. My question is, are there any reputable Hemi truck shops/tuners around? I am in northwest LA and can't wait to start modding my new truck, but hate the idea of taking it to a clueless local yahoo. I know the Chevy LS motors are pretty easy to tune, and have a very wide base of knowledgeable folks who know their way around those engines. Just wondering if there is anything comparable in the Dodge community? Thanks for any input!

Tuning is a relative term with these trucks.

Spend some time in the Performance Forums to learn a little more about your Hemi.

Most of what you can get for basic mods you can do yourself.

Enjoy!

Welcome aboard 04LaramieQC - and congrats on your new Hemi Ram! Most bolt-ons (CAI, cat-back, headers, etc.) you can easily do in your driveway. With regards to tuning... best bang for the buck right now is the Superchips programmer!
