Fourth annual rolling thunder rumble

Well folks it's that time of the year again. Time to start planning for next springs Forth Annual Rolling Thunder Rumble. Ever since the first "Rumble" was held three years ago the event has grown into a Must Attend event. Each spring the event has been held on a Saturday. However, some of you have expressed a desire to have the event changed to a Sunday because of work schedules. For the 2015 event we are asking you which day would best allow you to attend.

Saturday, March 28th
or
Sunday, March 29th

The Rolling Thunder Rumble is an annual event held each spring at my home in Wesley Chapel, Florida.

Members from all Chapters of the HTC are invited to the "Rumble"

We try to start with a "cruise" sometimes with a surprise destination, sometimes just a cruise through the countryside. After the cruise we have some time to swap tales about what we have been doing during the past year and to look at each others trucks.

AND THEN,

AND THEN,

It's time for the feast.

We have a rustic lunch which includes a seafood boil consisting of shrimp, crab, sausage, corn on the cob, and potatoes, along with BBQ, fried chicken, countless desserts and non alcoholic drinks (Remember, you have to drive home).

After a good time is had by all, before we close the event we always have a few prizes or trophy's to hand out.

Start making your plans to join in on the fun now. Don't miss this one.

BE SURE TO LET US KNOW WHICH DAY WILL ALLOW YOU TO ATTEND !

So far the poll results are:

Saturday, March 28th --- 0
Sunday, March 29th ----- 2

Since you invited everyone we're going to take you up on it. We don't care which day it ends up being but would need some help finding a hotel close by. Wouldn't want to miss anything. We'll probably leave on Thursday either way.
Is it spring yet?

Doug and Mary will have to represent us. I can do the MOPAR Nationals the first part of the month but can't spend too much time away.

Stu, the weather is turning colder. The brown fields are frosted white in the mornings. 27 degrees is the coldest yet earlier this week. It's only going to get colder in the next month or two.

I didn't know March 2015 had two(2) 28's so I'm forced to assume that its supposed to be the 28 and 29. This might be doable.

I no longer have a problem getting time off however Karen will be the one requesting leave time and for some reason lots of people in her office request time off around that time. Oh and I'm guessing that there will be lots of toll booths in that area.
