Saw this on the SRT8 Charger forum

I also reset the gas pedal by turning on the key, waiting until the idiot lights go out and then pressing the pedal slowly down to the floor, holding it for 15 seconds, letting it back up slowly, and then turning the key off and then starting the car again. It is much faster. It could be the 70 degree weather too, but definitely faster.

Anyone know of anything like this for the Hemi trucks?

Saw this on the SRT8 Charger forum

I've done that, too, but all it really does is recalibrate the throttle position sensor for the drive-by-wire throttlebody. I know my throttle response got a little quicker and more accurate since I did it, and it seemed to smooth out the idle, too.

i did the same thing with my truck as well...but after i put some miles on it, it seemed to just go back to normal...

It does work I tried it today and my truck feels a lot faster now to call my friend for a rematch from last weeks loss against his 05.

so letme get this straight, i just push the pedal down slowly to the floor and once it hits the floor i count to 15 and then let off and turn the key off
