Dodge Dakota non-hemi?

Im confused? (as usual) How come Dodge dont have a hemi for the dakota? The durango has one and it is on the dakota chassis. Things that make you go hummmmm.

the next generation will have the new 4.7 hemi. It isn't called hemi though. But it's a hemi. They don't want to lose ram sales.

4.7 Hemi???? That's news to me! Hadn't heard that one yet. so is the old 4.7 going bye, bye?
