There are at least one early dodge forum if not more. Check them out. Those are some cool trucks. The local school system auctioned a bunch off about 10 years ago that looked to be in excellent shape.

old thread i know but thats what happens when thread surfing.
for my 85 i was fortunate in having most of the parts, but when needing parts i called and tried for new sheet metal when possible, thats how i got the two different sized fender gaps, the front fenders where one nos piece and one salvaged piece but the arches in the bed needed replaced the patch panels available when i ordered (was impatient and didn't wanna wait on backorder) i got the wider gapped wheel arches ( you can see it in the uploaded pics of my 85). my salvaged parts came from the collection we had, also picked parts up at carlisle and got my bed off of craigslist, found some junk yards with odd parts, at 17 i learned quick on my shoe string budget, salvage if not buy new, new if not then build it or a combo of all three. and i still buy parts and retrofit and make parts for the old monster, next project that i've been slowly working on when i get the spare cash is doin a cummins swap, old 78-79 cab & chassis double frame, 92 12valve cummins with 2nd gen style p7100 injection pump, and all the sheet metal gets transferred too
