Challenger SRT trans question?

Anyone know off the top of your head what year they started putting the ZF transmissions in the SRT8 Challys? And is it a sealed deal like the 6.1's were that I've read where you have to have serviced at the dealer? That's a major turn off to me over a manual.....I honestly prefer a manual, but the ZF is so hi-po I would consider that looking at SRT8s in the future due to just sheer speed. Just not sure how I feel about the sealed deal.

Garage
yes most all dodge car trans a sealed to a point. some have a tube but no stick. they make a specialty dip stick that covers all the Chrysler cars in mm increments. not sure the exact year the ZF started but I know 2010 -2013 charger uses NAG1.

Lightbulb

Only thing I can add is that the German-made ZF 5 speed manual that came in my Pantera was the best part of the whole car and was bullet proof .
