Buick LaCrosse 2007 electrical issue?

Friend of mine dropped his car off to have me fix a small piece of the chrome trim on the rear quarter driver side window for him. Mentioned something about the locks. They unlock fine with the FOB or with the door switch. But they won't lock either way and there is something that clicks up in the dash behind the cluster it sounds like. Is there some sort of master actuator or something that controls all of these as a whole? It seems ridiculous that all the individual actuators went bad at the same time. And way too coincidental. But the dash clicking has my curiosity peaked.

Anyone have a clue?

You will hVe to check the voltage at the actuator in the door when you hit lock button. I have run into this before the driver in the BCM losses it's connectivity but will barely click a relay and not function correctly. Basically the BCM driver takes a poop. Check and actuator voltage on unlock and lock should match

Did you also try from the door switch from the passenger side? Sounds like a BCM issue. If you need any info on schematics and what not I can check my GM stuff
