And the easiest one to replace. I had mine go bad on both the 03 and 05. All other doors on both trucks are and were fine.
Actually it is the recirc door I ordered. Dorman 325

Recieved the door, so now I have no excuses to pull it apart and hopefully fix it.

Are you planning to pull the dash apart for that door? Its really easy to change by just taking the front of the dash up to the radio surround panel, and the glove box out. A bit uncomfortable to do but pretty easy. On my 05 the door went right up through the fan hole. Then 2 screws on the motor and your there.

I took it apart and carefully checked the doors. They all look like they are working. Still flow isn't right... So I'm thinking the evap core isn't flowing. Maybe dirty? Just don't know. I ordered the evap core and going to the shop to have the system evacuated and removed. Then on the bench should figure out what is restricting flow.

So you have a lack of air movement or just a lake of cold air movement?

Or both?

No cold air, feels like the freon has leaked off. Air flow feels lacking but oddly better than when I started.

Sneaking back in here, crawling out from under my rock (Tacoma).

My thread from when I replaced all the doors in my HVAC with the BlendDoor USA kit might help you.

Tore it apart and checking doors again I missed that mode 2 door moves and is in place but the coupler has the limiter stop broken. Tried to find a replacement mode 2 door, but none were available. So I took the coupler from the blend door I bought and drove it into the mode 2 door, effectively repairing the door. Everything works and passed a diagnostic performance test. Got down to 40 degrees at the dash vent. I would call this fixed if it doesn't have a slow leak. Will know in a week.. or so...
