New '99 Durango SLT

Well I picked up a new rig for us. We have been looking forever for a nice older SUV. The wifes furd f*cous was on its last legs. She bought it before we meet. So I cannot be blamed for her choices. Anyways its a '99 with only 66k on it. 5.9L, Pewter in color.
The problem that I have with it is that its steering drifts. Wheel actually moves about 10-20degrees. I know my old truck use to do this and we were able to tighten it up some how. Is there a way on the Durango or is something possibly up somewhere else?

To me it sounds like the front end is worn out or the rack is done...
