6'' lift void power train warranty

I have a ram 1500 something going on with the transfer case, when I put it in 4wd it makes a noise and the T case jumps, I had a load of fill drop of one day and the dump truck started spinning on the grass, he ask if I give him a pull with the pickup and I did, but the other day I heard the noise, so I have a appointment made to be my ram in but im wondering if they will fix it where I have a lift on it.

did it have the lift when you bought it? It should be covered if it did. Also don't tell them you pulled a dump truck with it.

Might have to approach more than one dealer to get results...

you can say you bought it that way but that's normally noted in the history pretty good. some dealers will do it some wont. deff don't mention that you pulled anything. if anything say you bought the truck and the first time you used 4wd for a simple trail drive it started making the noise.

Don't take it back to where you purchased it from because they will more then likely know it wasn't on it when your purchased it. Good luck with that.

No its not the place I purchased it, I have appointment for Friday next week, if they say it's the lift ,I say a lift wouldn't cause that.

It can cause a problem with the drive train if the geometry of the drive line is out of factory alignment tolerance. Does it engage into 4wd?
