Nope I mean 1 inch or 1.25inches, Im lookin at the ones the bolt on to your lug studs and give you new studs to mount your wheel to.

I agree with Jason on not being a fan. For a street driven truck I wouldn't have them. I would have to have a trail only vehicle before I would even think about purchasing any and would still be questionable about it.

I understand where you are coming from, but my thinking is that if the hold up to a beating off road, then why wont they work good on the street. I just want to push my wheels out a lil bit,and I dont have the $$ do buy new wheels with a offset.

Point taken. A buddy of mine had 2" spacers on a '02 Silverado he had that cleared 35's with a 3" body lift. They were on the front only and I don't think he ever complained about them.

Wheel spacers

There is a reason your vehicle comes with a set backspace for rims,.. People don't realize that when you move a rim out from the hub,.. it can put a tremendous amount of strain on the wheel bearing.

In some cases it can reduce the life of the wheel bearing by half,.. so do as you guys want,.. you are doing what called "short turn gain, long turn pain. What doesn't affect now,. can and might later on.

The poster DJ has a good point in his postings

Newer Silverado's that are running big tires with needed spacers are burning front bearings talked to two guys with Silverado's about it, one just replaced his 07 and the other guy replaced his 06's bearings twice.

So its pretty much a risk of wearing out wheel bearings and tie rods and bushings and other things. Well Im sorry to say that Im probally goin to take the risk and run them for a while and if anything happens Ill fix it and take them off.
