Rear axle identification

I have an 07 dr hemi sport that i want to get 4.56 gears for. It is presently a 3.92 posi unit. I need to know which axle it is ,8.25" 9.25"or10.5" it has a stop sign shaped cover with 12 bolts. Any help would be appreciated.anyone have a set of gears for sale?

If its a 1500 then you should have a 9.25

The way I was explained was, assuming were only talking about a 1500. If your truck is a heavy duty model or you got a tow package, you got the 9.25". Other wise it's an 8"

All 1500 dodge rams 2002-2008 for sure have a 9.25 2003-2008 2500/3500 have a big Dana I believe
