Odd Noise

On my last oil change (57,000) went to one of those quick in and out Valvoline places.
I also went ahead and let them change my transfer case fluid, and diff fluid.

I had used my 4wd since then(2000 miles ago) I was on a dirt road the other day that was rather slick so I engaged my 4wd. My truck began pulling really hard to the right, and when I went to put it back into 2wd it made a loud shuttering noise, and then stopped pulling to the left.

I guess my question here is this..
Is it possible that them changing the fluid caused this, or just coincidence?
Thanks

Justin.

You'd better make sure they filled your t-fer case and front diff back up. Never, ever trust a drive-through oil change place.
